Different Stages of Salesforce Implementation

During this phase, we evaluate your existing business requirements and outline the business goals that need Salesforce support (for instance, improving sales productivity, decreasing lengthy sales cycles, or developing a comprehensive view of customers). Subsequently, we list how you can accomplish your business goals using Salesforce functionality and the possible integrations and customizations that comply fully with your needs. Further, we plan the implementation process carefully to perform each step within time and budget.

We tailor your Salesforce solution in terms of cost, complexity, and modification level of the platform. Configuration is all about amending Salesforce default competencies using point-and-click tools. In contrast, customization is more of a development process, enabling the deeper modification of the platform using Apex code, to meet business objectives.

We ensure that the Salesforce solution works seamlessly with the third-party systems including E-commerce platforms, ERP, and document management systems, with improved data flow visibility for integrated applications.

We migrate your data smoothly into the new Salesforce system without system downtime, data corruption or loss, and minimal impact on the business processes. Due to evaluation and structuring of legacy data just before migration, it is ready to be used once the migration process is completed. To support the data quality further after migration, we create data structuring rules (for example, duplication rules).

We offer Salesforce training to improve user adoptions, and help the users to adapt well to the capabilities of the Salesforce solution just delivered, enabling them to make the best use of the Salesforce custom and default features. 

After we generate a custom Salesforce solution in the development environment and the QA engineers do the testing, it is migrated to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment where the customer representatives can check the solution functionality and ensure it works as needed. If the project gets a go ahead from the customer, our experts move the new solution to production environment. 

We offer on-demand after-launch support during the initial Salesforce usage stage (for example, during the first three months post launch). These services permit the fine tuning of features and adopting measures to improve user adoption, along with user training (address any Salesforce-based issues, deliver release notes, and more).
