How can an organization achieve its business goals?
By energizing the team, laying down clear processes, and incentivizing success, innovation and creativity. With this goal in mind, Suyati invited Mr. Varghese, a highly experienced speaker from a leadership training organization called Borntowin, to motivate potential leaders within the organization.
Across six fun-filled and insightful weeks, the team met for close to 30 hours, to learn tools and techniques that would help them boost energy, manage time, and achieve goals. The sessions helped us share experiences, and learn to work in a group environment. Communication, activity management, time management and goal setting were some of the key skills the team picked during the sessions.
