The more you give, the more you get. At Suyati, we take this to heart. With Christmas around the corner, we were given an opportunity to give and make a difference to the life of a needy student, by helping support his treatment expenses.
A student of the Sradha Special School, Kochi, this 8-year old boy was diagnosed with obstructive sleep/ sleep disorder. Besides, he is mentally challenged. Doctors advised that he should be operated upon immediately on the throat since he was facing some abnormalities in the organ.
We are extremely glad to hear that the boy is now doing fine and the post-surgery medication is progressing well. We wish the child all the very best and pray for the Almighty to bestow him with the strength and power to lead a wonderful life ahead!
Team Suyati collected a sum of Rs.35, 000/- towards his surgery expenses, which was handed over to his parents. We appreciate each Suyatian for contributing their share towards this act of kindness and compassion.
